Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. There is a $25 cancellation fee for less than 24 hours notice. Please be on time for your appointment. I would like you to have the benefit of the full treatment time.

Insurance

I am not a provider for any insurance companies. Some insurance plans will cover an out of network provider for Chiropractic care, but you must contact your insurance company to check on your specific plan. Be sure to ask if your plan covers an out of network Chiropractor, the deductible, what percentage they cover, and number of services covered in a year. I also accept HSA (Health Savings Account) cards for payment.
